  • Sports Emotions, Cognition, and Somatic Indicators

    This research agendum focuses on the discourse of emotion, motivation, cognition, mental health, and wellbeing in the context of sports and exercises. The agendum covers studies examining the diverse roles of emotions, self/emotional regulation strategies, cognitive processes and content, and motivation as these relate to the behaviors, performance, and well-being of athletes, student-athletes, coaches, and other sports-related individuals.

  • Fitness and Health

    This research agendum centers on the promotion of overall fitness and health in students, teachers, student-athletes, coaches, and relevant individuals in special circumstances or conditions (e.g., PWD, senior citizens).

  • Curriculum Development & Evaluation

    The focal point of this research agendum is on the assessment of the programs and learning processes in the contemporary education system. This intends to develop ideas and strategies to strengthen the programs relevant to certain areas or fields of specialization. The potential innovations mirror recent trends in education that would make the curriculum more flexible for students to pursue various means of learning.

  • Pedagogical Innovations: Development, Validation and Efficacy Assessment

    This research agendum includes studies related to the development, validation, and assessment of the efficacy/effectiveness of most updated and innovative pedagogical practices and approaches in student learning.

  • ICT Integration

    This research program talks about the systematic education transformation through ICT that aims to abreast both teachers and learners with the newer avenues and learning resources available. This agendum explores the diverse approaches of integrating technology in the students’ curriculum to pave the way for greater student achievement. Studies covering this agendum include examining factors that promote or hinder ICT integration investigating the dynamics and processes of ICT-based interventions, and assessing the impact of ICT integration on students’ learning and wellbeing.

  • Teachers’ Well-being

    This program emphasizes the crucial role of teachers’ well-being in attaining educational goals in the academic setting. This deals with several factors affecting the well-being of educators to safeguard their growth as professionals and human beings.

  • Learners Motivation, Attitudes, and Perspectives

    This research program is centered on the interplay of different motivation types, attitudes towards learning tasks and classroom instruction, and perspectives/beliefs to the learners’ academic performance and well-being.

  • Positive Education

    This research agendum involves the investigation of the predictors, antecedents, and models of students’ well-being. The said program covers diverse approaches that focus on students’ life satisfaction, resilience, thriving, happiness, and other related constructs pertaining to positive education.

  • Social and Cultural Dimensions of Education

    The themes explored in this program revolve around social and cultural dimensions that highly likely to impact academic learning. This aims to cultivate ideas and strategies to make culturally sensitive and adaptive instructional decisions that will enhance students’ learning.

  • Development, Processing, and Innovation of Products, Materials, and Models

    This research program includes studies examining the development and innovations related to utility model designs, processing of products (i.e, food processing), and other patentable outputs.

  • Career Adaptability, Employability and Performance of Graduates

    This research agendum looks into the employability, career course, and performance of education graduates, particularly CED graduates. Studies within this program include examining the models, determinants, and consequences of employability, job retention or embeddedness and career adaptability.

  • Gender-related studies

    This program includes examining the potential role of gender in the different areas of functioning, may it be in academic, professional, interpersonal, intrapersonal lives. Particularly, studies in this program investigate the mechanism of gender as it affects or is affected by individual, familial, social and cultural factors.

  • Community resilience

    This research program focuses on determinants, indicators and impact of resilience in both macro (community) and micro (individual) level. Studies in this program include disaster preparedness, risk reduction, effects or impact of human-made and natural disasters, and efficacy of community-based interventions.
