In order to achieve a more orderly and academic conduct of screening and admitting graduate students to their prospective courses, and to ensure that the admission and enrolment periods are done separately (which is usually observed in high school and collegiate levels), all Departments which are offering graduate programs are enjoined to schedule a specific period for admission of students for 2ndst Semester, AY 2015-2016. Admission period may start to this date until 3rd of January 2016. Below is the schedule set by the SGS which the Departments shall follow:

December 21, 2015-January 3, 2016 (excluding holidays) | Submission to SGS Office of the results for final processing and notification of results by the SGS Office |

Likewise, you are reminded that all students seeking admission shall be required to follow a template in writing their concept papers and to submit a personal statement (please see attached files).
Departments may come up with their own implementing guidelines and may enforce additional provisions to the above guidelines provided that these are not contrary or do not contradict the policies set by the SGS.
