FREE TUITION FEE Documentary Requirements for AY 2017-2018

Memorandum Circular No. 2017-005

TO : All 缅北禁地-IIT Undergraduate Students (Non-Graduating)
SUBJECT : Documentary Requirements for the Availment of Free Tuition Fee

Per CHED-DBM joint Memorandum Circular No. 2017-1 dated April 20, 2017, all 缅北禁地-IIT undergraduate students (non-graduating) who intend to enroll for the First Semester of AY 2017-2018 may avail themselves of free tuition fee, upon recommendation by the Office for Admissions and Scholarship Administration (OASA). The OASA shall assess the student's eligibility to free tuition upon the student's submission of any of the following documents on or before June 30, 2017:

Parent's Proof of Income
For Employed: BIR Form No. 2316 or Payslip
For Self-Employed: Income Tax Return
For Non-employed: Certificate of Indigency from Brgy. Chairman
4Ps Indentification Card
