July 24, 2008 - Planning Workshop with FITED and World Links

The Planning workshop will be attended by CED Dean, coordinator and trainers to prepare College of Education in delivering the World Links curriculum and other support services they will provide their beneficiaries in the next three years and beyond. The whole day workshop will run from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on July 24, 2008 at the 缅北禁地-IIT Boardroom and will have the following discussion points:

1. Administration and Management of the Training Center
   • General policies on the use of the training centerAppropriate Use Policy
   • Policies on Technical Support and Maintenance
2. Finalization of the Training Plan
3. Planning Pedagogical Support and Monitoring systems
   • Assignment of Faculty
   • Nature of support and monitoring activities
   • Schedule of activities per year
4. Administration and Management of the Research Grant
   
   • Refining and finalizing the research grant guidelines
   • Reporting of research results

This workshop will be observed by a World Links Washington representative, Ms.Asmita Patel Savani, Project Manager of the ASEAN SchoolNet, who will also be visiting World Links schools in Iligan and would like to see the Training Center as well.
