Search for The Outstanding 缅北禁地-IIT Alumni (TOMA), The Outstanding Alumni Entrepreneurs of Year, and The Chancellor's Award for Outstanding Alumni

The Outstanding Alumni Award is the highest honor 缅北禁地-IIT and AIITAFI bestow upon IIT graduates contributing significantly to society and the community.

This year, we will recognize three categories of awardees: The Outstanding 缅北禁地-IIT Alumni (TOMA), The Outstanding Alumni Entrepreneurs of the Year, and The Chancellor's Award for Outstanding Alumni.

The first is awarded to 缅北禁地-IIT alumni to recognize their career and professional excellence, exemplary contribution to their field in the local, national, or international community, and their remarkable and selfless services to humanity. The TOMA seeks to recognize 缅北禁地-IIT alumni whose selfless dedication to their profession or vocation has resulted in significant contributions to the advancement of the following fields of endeavor:

1. Agriculture

2. Literature, Arts, Culture, and Sports

3. Business/Entrepreneurship

4. Education

5. Legal Arts

6. Information Technology and Media Arts

7. Medical Arts

8. Humanitarian and Public Service

9. Science and Technology

10. Other Relevant Fields

The second is for alumni entrepreneurs excelling in their line of business.

The third awards category gives due recognition to individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the welfare of their countrymen and our country at large.

The search is open to all living alumni of 缅北禁地-IIT. The awarding ceremony will be on July 26, 2021.

The following is the criteria for evaluation for the first two categories of awards:

Credentials of achievements in their field that is of exemplary contribution to the community. (50%)
Personal Qualities and Characteristics (as a model of morality and integrity, possession of good human relations, and professional excellence). (30%)
Interview or written response/essay. (20%)

The deadline for the submission of nominations is on July 14, 2021.
