PLACE OF EXAM: 缅北禁地-IIT IDS COMPLEX

QUALIFICATIONS: CANDIDATE FOR GRADUATION IN THE ELEMENTARY IN MARCH 2010 OR AN ELEMENTARY GRADUATE BUT HAS NOT EARNED UNITS IN HIGH SCHOOL

REQUIREMENTS

1. Duly accomplished Admission Examination Application Form;
2. Two 1鈥漻1鈥� I.D. pictures recently taken;
3. One hundred fifty pesos (P150.00) examination fee to be paid at the Institute Cashier鈥檚 Office upon filing of
   application form: and
4. Certificate of Good Moral Character signed by the School

Principal or Guidance Counselor.

PRIVILEGES:

1. Monthly Allowance to the Top 5 Examinees
2. Grants-in-Aid to deserving students Sponsored by PTAFI, Alumni, Faculty, and Businessmen
3. Free Medical and Dental services
