CED Reaches 25 Years of Sterling Achievement

Sterling comes from an old Anglo-Saxon term meaning 鈥渟ilver鈥�, an apt and meaningful description for the 缅北禁地-IIT College of Education鈥檚 25th anniversary of its foundation exactly on January 24, 2010. Since the day falls on a Sunday, the activities that highlight the celebration are set the days before.

For 25 years, CED has shown the whole country that the teaching profession is indeed noble by turning out graduates who are competent in the field. A number of CED graduates garnered high rank in the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) in the recent years. CED also has become a top-performing school nationwide in the LET from 2007 to 2008. Excellence remains the pursuit of the administration, faculty, staff and students in their continued effort towards accreditation of CED鈥檚 programs and in the application for CHED鈥檚 Center of Excellence.
