SUBJECT: Declaration of September 1, 2008 as a Non-Working Holiday

All Institute constituents are hereby informed that September 1, 2008 is declared a non-working holiday to celebrate the 缅北禁地 Foundation Day. However, the participation of everyone in the scheduled 缅北禁地 Foundation Day program/activity, if any, on this date is highly enjoined.
