- Log on using your web browser.
- Click on the link, "APPLY HERE."
- Fill out the CET Registration by supplying the following data:
- Email Address
- Password
- First Name
- Middle Name
- Last Name
- Date of Birth
- Gender
- Preferred Campus
- Out of School Youth
- Verification Code
- Upload your digital photo by clicking BROWSE, then select your digital image from the directory, and then click UPLOAD. (Note: Uploading of picture is optional but you have to paste a 2x2 ID photo on the printed CET Registration form)
- STEP 1 Fill out Biographical Data Form; then Click SAVE & CONTINUE STEP 2.
- STEP 2 Fill out Educational Data Form; then Click SAVE & CONTINUE STEP 3.
- STEP 3 Fill out your Parents Data Form; then Click SAVE & CONTINUE STEP 4.
- STEP 4 Fill out Campus and Course Preference; then Click SAVE & VIEW ALL INFO.
- PRINT your duly accomplished online CET application form on a legal-sized bond paper.
- Affix your signature on the designated space on the printed CET application form.
- Bring your printed CET application form together with other requirements and submit these to the ADMISSIONS OFFICE for processing. Pay the non-refundable testing fee of Php225.00. Once your application is approved, you will be issued with an Exam Permit and a Control Number.
- For applicants residing in Iligan City, processing will be on or before May 14, 2010.
- For applicants living outside Iligan City (i.e from Davao, Butuan, Surigao, Zamboanga, etc.), processing will be on May 21, 2010.
NOTE: THOSE WHO HAVE NO ACCESS TO COMPUTERS MAY APPLY IN PERSON AT THE ADMISSIONS OFFICE ON THE SPECIFIED DATES.
ADMISSIONS OFFICE WILL NOT ENTERTAIN CET APPLICATIONS FROM MAY 17 TO 20, 2010.
