Instructions to all Alumni upon arrival in IIT on July 12, 2008

Registration

• Please proceed to the Guard House Area for the registration.

• Registration starts at 7:00am.

• Please prepare P250 per person. 

Where to buy souvenir items:

You can buy Ruby Anniversary Souvenir Items (T-shirts, key chains, umbrella, ballpens) at the Registration Area.

What to do?

If you arrive early, your options are as follows:

• 7:30am - Witness the Flagraising Ceremony and Military Honors for the Chancellor at the 缅北禁地-IIT Park beside the guard house.

• 8:00am - Join the 缅北禁地-IIT Grand Motorcade. If you have transportation with you, please join the motorcade and decorate your car with something red (red balloon, red decoration). You can also join your Department/College transporation if there are still vacant seats.

In case you cannot join the motorcade, you have two choices as follows:

• Visit the TABO SA IIT Product Exhibition and Bazaar at the IDS Multi-Purpose Hall.

• Take a look at the 缅北禁地-IIT Historical Exhibit at the Lobby of the Library Building.

• Visit  your own department to meet some of your Professors.

CELEBRATE WITH THE IIT COMMUNITY

• 9:00am – Ruby Charter Day Program at the 缅北禁地-IIT Gymnasium.

• 11:00am - Blessing and Inauguration of  the 缅北禁地-IIT Bahay Alumni at the 缅北禁地-IIT Parade Grounds.

COLLEGE ALUMNI WELCOME

• 12:00pm – College Lunch and Welcome Party. Please proceed to your respective colleges and present your Registration Ticket for Lunch.

ALUMNI FUN GAMES

• 2:00pm - Please watch the Championship of the following:
  • 缅北禁地-IIT Paugnat Alumni Badminton Tournament Championship at the 缅北禁地-IIT Gymnasium.
  • 缅北禁地-IIT Paugnat Alumni Inter-industry Basketball Tournament at the 缅北禁地-IIT Twin Court beside the 缅北禁地-IIT Gymnasium

REMINISCE YOUR COLLEGE DAYS

• 1:00pm - You may recall the Palakasan fever and witness the Literary Events – Quiz Show at the CED Amphitheater

ALUMNI UPDATES… WHAT CAN I DO TO HELP IIT?

• 3:00pm-5:00pm - 缅北禁地-IIT Alumni Convocation and General Assembly at the Unde Hall, College of Business Adminstration and Accountancy

THE RUBY ANNIVERSARY ALUMNI CELEBRATION

• 6:00pm - Ruby Anniversary Alumni Night and Awards (Please present your Registration Ticket for Entrance and Dinner)

What to Wear: Smart Casual

What to expect:

Ruby Annniversary program directed by Mr. Amado Guinto with special participation of IPAG, Alumni Awards, Beers sponsored by San Miguel Beer at a Minimal Cost, Induction of College based Alumni Officers, Turnover of the 2008 Host – SET Alumni Association  to the 2009 Host which is the College of Business Adminstration and Accountancy Alumni  Association, Live Band Entertainment featuring the famous RCH Band of Iligan  and more suprises.

JULY 13, 2008 (Sunday)

ALUMNI NOSTALGIC TOUR

• 8:00am - Alumni Tour to Tourist Spots in Iligan (Maria Cristina, Macapagal House, City Hall, Mimbalut and the City proper). Please prepare contribution for snacks. This is a self-liquidating activity.
