Abstract |
User experience is crucial in product and service design, but senior citizens face unique challenges in using technology enabled products and services due to age-related issues. This study assessed the UX of senior citizens using a web-based medicine delivery service, focusing on six key factors: attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, dependability, stimulation, and novelty. Results indicated difficulty on navigating and understanding the website, prompting the opportunity to develop UX action plans for senior citizens. The study highlights the importance of UX testing and design considerations for senior citizens, emphasizing the need for tailored UX design to support their needs. |
