Abstract |
This study addresses this gap by examining how exposure of teachers to non-formal continuing education about ICT affects the level of ICT integration to schools. The participants were in-service teachers coming from Iligan City and some municipalities from Lanao del Norte. A sample of 420 teachers answered a packet of scales assessing attitude towards ICT, subjective norm and self-efficacy. The results showed that those who are more exposed to trainings in ICT will likely to have higher level of integrating technology into the curriculum due to their favorable attitude towards ICT, higher subjective norm, and higher self-efficacy. The results have important implication in understanding how our training exposure affects the level of ICT integration to teachers脙垄脗聙脗聶 pedagogical practices |
