QUALIFICATIONS/ DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES听 听

  • Must have a master鈥檚 or Phd in Animal Biology/ Molecular Biology and Genetics/ Microbiology or a closely related field from a reputable university
  • Must have at least 2 years of teaching experience听
  • Must have at least 8 hours of relevant training
  • Must have the capability to teach a variety of Animal Biology/ Molecular Biology and Genetics/ Microbiology courses

1. Duly accomplished and Notarized Personal Data Sheet (PDS) (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2017) with recent passport-sized ID pictures and thumb mark affixed on the space provided together with the Work Experience Sheet which can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph
2. Performance rating in the present position for one (1) year (if applicable);
3. Photocopy of Transcript of Records;
4. Photocopy of Diploma;
5. Photocopy of Certificate of Training/s
