Project Title: Self-Supporting Zeolite-Biochar Composites with Hierarchical Porosity for CO2 Capture

Salary: Php 15,208.80/month

Qualifications, Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preferably a graduate of BET-Chemical Engineering Technology, BS in Environmental Engineering, BS in Chemical Engineering, BS in Chemistry or related fields
- Acquire and process agro-industrial waste, local aluminosilicate sources, and other materials needed for the study.
- Conduct laboratory experiments to prepare self-supporting zeolite (SSZ) composites and test SSZ for CO2 capture.
- Participate in training on experimental design, 2D/3D modeling, module design, and finite element modeling.
- Assist in the design of experiments for SSZ synthesis and its applications.
- Perform statistical analyses for factor characterization, build black box models, and conduct numerical optimization.
- Prepare quarterly assessment reports, research manuscripts for technical reports, and scientific papers for publication and presentation.
- Assist in processing project-related documents.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Project Leader.
