Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree graduate in Fisheries, Marine Biology, or any
allied courses
- Preferably
with at least 2 years of experience in crab hatchery
- Proficient in
admin, clerical, and hatchery works
- Excellent
organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Hard-working,
reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Preferably
with experience in writing and publishing research papers in peer-reviewed
journals
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists in the conduct of
experiments.
- Assist in monitoring and recording of
parameters and collection of data.
- Assists in the encoding and analysis of
data.
- Coordinates work activities, and
prepares requests for needed materials (work order, payments, etc.) for the
project.
- Assists and monitors the
acquisition of research materials.
- Prepares all initial reports (financial reports) and presentations
related to the research project.
- Perform additional tasks as required by the project leader.
- Undertakes liaison work with admin staff.
- Provide advanced technical support, design experiments, and solve
technical challenges.
- Ensure proper documentation of results, including maintaining detailed
project records and preparing technical reports for stakeholders.
- Assist in writing manuscripts for research findings and contribute to
publishing in peer-reviewed journals.
