Qualifications, Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Graduate of any computer-related courses
• Gathers historical and real-time weather and water level data from device
• Cleans, preprocesses, and annotates collected data
• Monitors model performance and retrains model accordingly
• Maintains detailed documentation
• Coordinates with the information analyst in model implementation
• Assists the development officer in doing administrative work
• Performs other functions as may be required by the project leader
