QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum education:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any business
related courses
Minimum experience: at least 1
year(s) of working experience in the related field, preferably in
purchasing/inventory/material & warehouse management or equivalent

ASSIGNMENT: Head Office (HRM Department)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepares purchase orders and send copies to suppliers, departments and
branches originating request;
- Collates purchase orders and purchase requisitions to order materials,
goods and supplies;
- Develops and review purchase requests and ensure authorization as
necessary to facilitate the timely purchase of orders;
- Tracks the status of any orders;
- Reviews and maintain inventories and order as required by the
Manager;
- Deals with non supplied, under orders, over orders and damaged
properties;
- Sources, selects, and negotiates for the best purchase package in terms
of quality, price terms, delivery, and service and sub-contractors
assigned;
- Creates, implement procurement strategy and policies;
- Produces and maintain all reports; and
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be required by the
direct supervisor or management.
