ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTSMAN (Full time)

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Male

- At least one (1) year experience in architectural drafting

- Required skills: AutoCAD, SketchUP with Vray, MS Office

- BS Architecture

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Produce working drawings from schemes and perspectives of residential buildings (with checkprints for architect)

- Specify dimensions, materials and methodology

- Site inspection for plan compliance/conformance

- Conduct punchlist for units scheduled for turnover

- If applicable, attend technical meeting for any client concerns

- All other related tasks the company may deem necessary
