HR/Finance Intern
Job Description: HR/Finance Intern –Iligan Base – 1position
Qualifications:
- Secondary level or College Level in completion of a curriculum or on-the-job training by way of internship
- Computer literate—especially MS Office
- Proficient communication skills, both orally and in written form
- Ability to work under pressure and to respond quickly to new demands
- Commitment to quality of work, speed and accuracy in performing duties
- Willing to work on call or on a part-time basis
Application Requirements:
- Cover Letter (maximum 1 page) quoting the reference number (INT 2019-004). Cover should specifically address how applicant fits for the required qualifications
- Detailed CV with three character references and their respective contact numbers.
Function: to perform task (s) as this position so requires
As Finance:
- Receive billings and pay as instructed
- Voucher & Cashbook Filing of vouchers & registration of vouchers in Cashbook
- Payment: make payments for all items and services approved by representative or OIC
- Cashbook checking at the end of each day
- Weekly and monthly checking of Balance/s in cashbook and safe
- Quality of vouchers should be checked by the cashier
As HR/Admin
- Receiving of HR files
- Scanning and labeling of HR documents
- Perform admin errands
Others
- Adhere to HAP standards as set by ACTED
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the HR/Liason Manager and/or Senior Finance Officer
*Note: This is not a salaried position but the company provides a daily allowance for meal and transportation amounting to Php 200.00/day. Duration for the internship program is 3 months, working hours: 20-25 hrs/week. |
