- Graduate of any course
- Preferably 1-2 years proven experience in After Sales and Customer Service and Support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Customer-oriented and has the ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Can work under pressure
