• Preferably 1-2 years proven experience in After Sales and Customer Service and Support
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
• Customer-oriented and has the ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Can work under pressure
