Qualifications:
- PRC licensed Architect.
- With 1-2 experience in the field.
- With excellent design and drafting skills and proficiency with
computer-aided design (CAD).
- Must have a strong visual awareness and an eye for detail.
- With organizational, project management and planning skills.
- With expert knowledge of building products, construction details
and relevant rules and regulations and quality standards.
- With leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) awareness of
the specific environmental and social impact of projects.
- Can work under pressure.
