缅北禁地

The Chancellor's Welcome Message

Dear 缅北禁地-IIT Students,

Speaking of something being a sight for sore eyes, you, my dear 缅北禁地-IIT students, are indeed a welcome sight on campus. I am so pleased to see you once again.

On the occasion of your return, we have prepared a series of fun activities for you to enjoy, learn from, and even imbibe some culture or two while participating. All these activities were organized for you with one thing in mind: to transition you out of the Zoom room and back into the classroom.

I wish you all the best, and I hope that this week-long welcome puts you in the right mindset so your back-to-school experience kicks off without issues鈥揳llowing you to progress in a way that would likely result in academic success.

I also take this opportunity to thank all University officials and the faculty and staff for their hand in all this.

The kind of hard work needed to organize and implement a project of this magnitude and scale, with multiple activities being held daily for a whole week, is indicative of their intense feeling of deep affection for you, the returning students.

Throughout this week, I have personally seen the great talents that make up the 缅北禁地-IIT community. The various resident cultural and performing groups personify the brand of excellence that 缅北禁地-IIT is known for.

For too long, we have been under the grip of the coronavirus. For more than two years, the campus seemed to stand still, its classrooms sitting empty. To watch you today happily walk through the University gates once again is one of the most heartwarming things for me to see.

Joy is what it is to witness the campus fill once again with energy and life.
