Center of Innovation & Technopreneurship

WHO WE ARE?

We are the first business incubator in Mindanao funded by DOST-PCIEERD that aims to create a progressive entrepreneurial ecosystem through various community building activities and technology-based business support services to enable budding entrepreneurs in the region to fulfill their startup dreams. We offer incubation program that includes business mentoring and trainings, IP supports, infrastructures and linkages to potential partners, mentors and investors.

OUR OBJECTIVES

Our objective is to provide a nurturing environment for technology-based and social enterprises in the early stages of their development. Specifically, we aim to develop the entrepreneurial and innovative culture of Mindanao with a dynamic and collaborative environment.

VISION

A premiere startup incubator that promotes collaborative and sustainable innovation towards a more progressive Mindanao.

MISSION

Creating and providing an integrated support system for budding entrepreneurs through relevant programs in innovation, science and technology, and technopreneurship to stimulate local economic and social development

COMMUNITY BUILDING PROGRAMS

As part of our commitment for inclusiveness, the Center will be running series of Startup Workshop and Roadshows in Mindanao to reach the different community of the region. Our goal is to inform the community about the different startup opportunities in the country and how the Center can help them towards a more progressive community, second is to invite them to collaborate with the Center through co-organizing different startup workshops and activities that can foster innovation and technopreneurship among the community. And lastly, is to encourage them to join different startup initiatives and competitions particularly the very first Mindanao Startup Challenge that aims to help budding technology entrepreneurs transform their ideas into successful businesses.
