Human Resource Management Division

Overview

The Human Resource Management Division has teamed up with management in aspiring for quality and excellence in the HR strategies and systems, practices, operations and services to address employee needs.

The HRMD implemented major relevant training programs, seminars and workshops duly mandated by the Civil Service Commission and the IIT management such as Public Service Excellence Program (PSEP), and full computerization of employee records (PIS), leaves, daily time record (DTR), undertime/tardy and processes other major employee transactions. It also installed the GSIS-GWAPS kiosk for easy and fast loan transactions of IIT employees.

Below are the Information Systems and applications developed by ICTC-CFSS that are being utilized by the office:

• Personnel Information System (PIS)
• Payroll System
• Bio-Metric Daily Time Record (DTR)
• Undertime / Tardy Management
