The Office of Monitoring and Evaluation (OME), in collaboration with the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Strategic Initiatives (OVCSI) and the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Administration and Finance, successfully organized an orientation session. The focus was on the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) Memorandum Circular Nos. 2022-05 and 2023-05, which provide guidelines for the Harmonized Client Satisfaction Measurement. This initiative is in line with Republic Act No. 11032, also known as the 鈥淓ase of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018鈥, and was conducted in partnership with the ARTA Regional Field Office X.
The primary goal of the orientation was to raise awareness among the University's Office Heads about the importance of implementing the Harmonized Client Satisfaction Measurement. This measure is crucial for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, effective, and efficient public services to all stakeholders, both internal and external clienteles of the university.
The event took place on March 26, 2024, at the CED Amphitheater. It was well-attended by the University's Responsibility Center Heads and Officials. The Mindanao State University - Iligan Institute of Technology (缅北禁地-IIT) extended a warm welcome to the distinguished resource persons from the ARTA Regional Field Office X: Atty. Cesar M. Bongcayao, Jr., Attorney III, and Mr. Dominic I. Sanchez, Supervising Administrative Officer.
