The present revision in the curriculum not only adds essential features of the clinical and leadership competencies needed by nursing graduates to efficiently transition into autonomous professional practitioners, it likewise aims to develop them into a total person who are receptive to their responsibility to their physical and social environment. Graduates will now have more leverage in selecting which particular career track in nursing is most appropriate for their preference: be it in the actual clinical floor, community, industry, and now entrepreneurship.
